Gandhar graduated from V. M. Salgaoncar, College of Law, Goa and has done his Masters in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the University of Mumbai. His areas of interest include debt recovery, maritime law and arbitration. Gandhar also loves travelling and adventure sports.
